...HEAVY RAINS HAVE DIMINISHED ALONG THE TEXAS COAST BUT CONTINUE
ACROSS EASTERN TEXAS AND WESTERN LOUISIANA...

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT THE HEAVY
RAIN THAT WAS AFFECTING COASTAL SECTIONS OF TEXAS HAS DIMINISHED. 
THE AREA OF RAINFALL ASSOCIATED WITH THE UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE
IS CONCENTRATED THIS MORNING OVER EASTERN TEXAS AND WESTERN
LOUISIANA.

FLOOD AND FLASH FLOOD WATCHES AND WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR
PORTIONS OF EASTERN TEXAS AND WESTERN LOUISIANA.
