VIRGINIA...EASTERN MARYLAND...DELAWARE...AND NEW JERSEY.  FREEZING
RAIN ADVISORIES ARE IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS NORTHEAST
PENNSYLVANIA...SOUTHEAST NEW YORK...WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS...AND
SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE.  GALE WARNINGS REMAIN IN EFFECT FROM NORTH
CAROLINA NORTHWARD THROUGH NEW ENGLAND.

A SLOW MOVING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE...LOCATED ABOUT 50 MILES EAST
OF CAPE HATTERAS NORTH CAROLINA...IS FORECAST TO CONTINUE TO DRIFT
NORTHEASTWARD ON THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT. AS OF 3 AM EST
THURSDAY...AN AREA OF RAIN EXTENDED FROM CENTRAL VIRGINIA
NORTHWARD THROUGH PENNSYLVANIA AND EASTWARD INTO SOUTHERN NEW
ENGLAND. MAXIMUM COASTAL WINDS HAVE WEAKENED TO AROUND 30 MPH WITH
SOME HIGHER GUSTS OBSERVED.
